Nnamdi Kanu has once again been granted bail at Federal High Court Abuja.

We are happy to announce victory at Abuja Federal Court where Nnamdi Kanu was once again granted bail (under stringent conditions). So far, we are waiting for more updates as the news unfolds.

Governor of Ekiti state; Ayo Fayose, Osita Chidoka and Femi Fani Kayode were present at the court.

While addressing Biafrans worldwide, the younger brother of Nnamdi Kanu has encouraged all Biafrans to come to ECOWAS court in the next meeting and to continue the struggle as the journey has just begun.

Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer; Barrister Ejiofor has stated that bail was obtained under stringent conditions which will be met within 48 hours. The condition include providing three suretiesĀ  :

  1. One should be a Nigerian SenatorĀ  (Barr. Ejiofor assured Biafrans that this is taken care of already … details later)
  2. The second surety should be own a building at FCT Abuja and give his international passport.
  3. The third surety should be renowned person from the SE.
  4. Additional Seven Sureties are required
  5. A deposit of 100 million naira each should be made by the three sureties.
  6. Nnamdi Kanu must not grant interview to the media or have more than 10 guests at once.

The case been adjourned to 11th and 12th July, 2017 for the Federal Court Abuja hearing while the case at the ECOWAS Court, Abuja was slated for the 17th May, 2017 (Barr. Ejiofor filed a case for damages to the tune of 800 million USD against the Nigerian government).

The three other Biafrans; Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi will come back to the court on a later date when a bail charge will be filed.

When Nnamdi Kanu was interviewed regarding his bail, he insisted that he is not going anywhere without his men. “They should be granted bail as well because they did not commit any crime”
